Custom or large items (such as ramps) may require an RN consultation or measurement before shipping or installation.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.
2. Shipping Methods & Timeframes
Small Mobility Products (rollators, grab bars, raised toilet seats, accessories):
Shipped via standard carrier
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days
Wheelchair Ramps & Custom Installations:
Shipped or installed after RN assessment
Estimated delivery or installation: 1–2 weeks, depending on location and product availability
Shipping times may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
3. Shipping Costs
Standard shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Free shipping promotions may apply to select products — see individual product listings.
Custom ramps may include additional delivery or installation fees based on distance and site requirements.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your package directly with the carrier.
5. Damaged or Lost Items
Please inspect all packages upon delivery.
