Refund & Returns Policy

At Easy Home Ramps, we are committed to providing high-quality mobility and accessibility products. Due to the medical nature and shipping size of many of our items, please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.
Shipping Area
We currently ship within the contiguous United States (48 states only).
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.
Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days unless otherwise noted.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at tom@easyhomeramps.com We cannot guarantee cancellation after order placement.
Returns
Non-Defective / Buyer’s Remorse Returns
Due to the nature of medical and mobility equipment:
• We do not accept returns for items that are not defective.
• Returns due to incorrect sizing, change of mind, or no longer needed are not eligible for refund.
• Refused deliveries are considered buyer-initiated returns and are subject to return shipping and restocking fees.
Please carefully review product dimensions and specifications before ordering.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives:
• Damaged
• Defective
• Missing parts
• Incorrect item
• Not as described
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process a claim, please provide:

Photo of the outer packaging (showing any damage)

Close-up images of the damaged or defective area

SKU or Item Number from the packaging
Failure to provide required documentation may delay or void your claim.
Claims must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.
Transit Issues
If tracking shows:
• No updates for 15 business days
• Item marked delivered but not received
• Damage occurred during transit
Please contact us immediately so we can file a carrier claim.
Compensation and resolution are determined by the shipping carrier’s investigation outcome.
Returns Without Authorization
Do not return items without written authorization from us.
Unauthorized returns may be refused and no refund will be issued.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be subject to return shipping fees and restocking charges.
Warranty Disclaimer
We do not offer additional warranties beyond any manufacturer warranty provided directly by the product manufacturer.
